DEMS’ BILL REMOVES FELONY FOR INTENTIONALLY TRANSMITTING HIV

Nevada Dems copping Cali Dems now purpose a bill to change the law removing the felony charge for intentionally infecting someone with HIV. Nevada State Senator Dallas Harris’ bill 275 does just that.

Harris said we don’t charge folks win intentionally infecting others with CV19 or other diseases.

The bill lowers the charges to a misdemeanor.

The decriminalization for intentionally infecting someone with a potentiality deadly disease is the latest drive by LBGTQ groups.
