February 7, 2018

Less than a month ago, President Trump appointed Dayle Elieson as the new U.S. Attorney to Nevada’s Southern District, Elieson is from Texas. President Trump passed over Acting U.S. Attorney Steve Myhre when it came to light that Myhre had intentionally withheld evidence from Cliven Bundy’s Lawyers forcing the court to dismiss his charges last month as well.

Today, criminal charges were dismissed, with prejudice, against Dave Bundy, Mel Bundy, Joseph O’Shaughnessy and Jason Woods.
