HomePoliticsHOW MANY TIMES DID NV TRUMP PROSECUTORS MEET WITH WHITE-HOUSE OFFICIALS? Politics HOW MANY TIMES DID NV TRUMP PROSECUTORS MEET WITH WHITE-HOUSE OFFICIALS? Feb 17, 2024 On December 6, 2023, Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford charged Nevada Republican officials with felony charges connected to the six so-called “fake electors.” NVGOP Chair Michael McDonald, Clark County GOP Chair Jesse Law, Jim DeGraffenreid, Durward James Hindle III, Shawn Meehan, and Eileen Rice were all charged with offering a false instrument for filing and uttering a forged instrument, which are category C and D felonies. BTW, it is not illegal for political parties to submit alternative electors to Congress. Al Gore did it in 2000; Thomas Jefferson did it in the election of 1800; and it has been done several times in our history. It’s up to Congress to accept or reject them under the U.S. Constitution. Ford’s argument is that the defendants knew Trump lost the election to Biden, so submitting the alternative electors constituted fraud by signing the document they submitted to the Nevada Secretary of State’s office with the Nevada GOP’s list of alternative electors for Congress to consider. No one in the history of the United States has ever been charged with this. AG Arron Ford originally said it was not a crime, and he said he could not pursue any such charges earlier this year in sworn testimony. Back in the 2023 Nevada legislative session, AG Ford submitted Senate Bill Draft Request 113. SB 113 which, if passed, would make it a crime to submit “fake electors.” Ford testified that he needed the law to pass because he did not have the authority to prosecute the case without it. Ford’s testimony: “There is no statute that directly addresses what Senate Bill 133 covered. Fake electors,”. SB113 passed, only to be vetoed by Gov. Lombardo. Lombardo said: “The penalties in the bill were out of scale.” That should have been the end of it. So what changed? The NV Attorney General met with White House officials on numerous occasions before, during, and after he filed the charges. Fani Willis, the district attorney of Fulton County, Georgia, recently admitted her folks also met with the White House and coordinated their efforts. 360 News asked the Nevada Attorney General’s Office for all their recent contacts with the White House. No answer to date. But we know from Ford’s social media that he met with White House officials on multiple occasions before and after he filed criminal charges. Ford has been a frequent guest of the President and a super fan of the Vice President, according to his own social media posts. For many politicians, just getting an invitation to the White House and access is the payoff. Many members of Congress have voted for bills in return for invites to the White House Christmas dinner. Its not hard to see a pattern of conduct by the White House and Democratic prosecutors pursuing Trump across the country in what clearly is a coordinated legal attack. No wonder Putin said last week that he supports Biden for reelection.
