TRUMP’S VEGAS VISIT TO CHURCH THAT SUED SISOLAK SPARKS MEMORIES

July 9, 2023

On Dec. 15, 2020, 360 News reported the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Las Vegas-based Calvary Chapel Lone Mountain Church against Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak’s unconstitutional CV19 church ban. Las Vegas lawyer Sigal Chattah represented Calvary Chapel Lone Mountain before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Sisolak targeted churches and other religious institutions, limiting them to 50 people no matter how large their building’s fire code allowed. But Sisolak allowed Casinos to have up to 25% occupancy. Calvary Chapel Lone Mountain Church asked the court to treat their 700-person capacity the same as Casinos and other businesses in Nevada.

Yesterday, President Trump visited Calvary Chapel Lone Mountain Church, where he was welcomed by adoring fans and local political leaders. His visit sparked memories of the pandemic and his responses to COVID at the time.

On March 17, 2020, Trump asked folks to stay home. This was followed by lockdowns ordered by governors across the country. Trump then declared a national emergency, granting access to $50 billion in funding for U.S. states and territories.

On March 27, 2020, Trump signed a $2.2 trillion emergency spending bill. The House and Senate passed the largest bill in U.S. history. The bill provided up to $1,200 per individual and $500 per child for households making up to $150,000 a year. Small businesses were given access to over $377 billion in loans that can be forgiven, and corporations and state and local governments were given access to $454 billion. The healthcare industry was given $180 billion. After all was said and done, three years later, the Federal Government would print over $16 trillion dollars, triggering the record inflation we are now suffering through.

On April 3, 2020, Trump announced that his administration is recommending people wear non-medical cloth masks to help contain the spread of the coronavirus, contradicting weeks of claims from Fauci.

Trump would authorize Fauci to move forward with Operation Warp Speed, expediting the COVID vaccine. Today, Trump still takes credit for jamming the vaccine through the system.

Last month, DeSantis attacked Trump’s COVID response.

“I think [Trump] did great for three years, but when he turned the country over to Fauci in March of 2020, that destroyed millions of people’s lives. And in Florida, we were one of the few that stood up, cut against the grain, took incoming fire from the media, bureaucracy, the left, even a lot of Republicans, had school open, preserved businesses. “

DeSantis bucked mask mandates and refused to support vaccine mandates from Biden.

What’s truly ironic is that 85% of Trump supporters completely opposed the vaccine mandates from the very beginning. 85% of Trump supporters were completely against the lockdowns and mask mandates from the very beginning.

And yet, 85% of Dems fully supported the vaccine mandates from the very beginning. 85% of Dems completely supported the lockdowns and mask mandates from the very beginning.
