POSTED ON LVMPD’S WEBSITE “The LVMPD Records and Fingerprint Bureau is one of a series of LVMPD facilities closed to the public. The closures are a preventative measure to limit potential spread of the COVID-19 virus. The closure has made it difficult for individuals with expiring CCW permits to begin the renewal process. For this reason,Sheriff Joe Lombardo has approved a 120-day temporary extension for CCW permits that expired on or after March 17, 2020. The temporary extension is valid until Wednesday, July 15, 2020. “ The link to file for a new CCW: https://www.lvmpd.com/en-us/RecordsFingerprintBureau/Pages/eccw.aspx
