Nevada Senate Bill AB35 proves once and for all Dems are evil geniuses. They know the average American despises them. So they are building new voter blocks like illegal aliens and criminals. Nevada Dems actually sponsored SB162 which, if passed, will establish polling stations inside county jails. If criminals can vote from behind bars, they need to get robocalls from Democrats. So now NV Dems want to give prisoners FREE cell phones and iPads.

Prisoners won’t have to sneak cell phones in body cavities any longer if Dems pass AB35. AB35 is a blatant attempt to buy the loyalty of criminals by requiring prisons to provide inmates with cell phones and iPads. I can see Dems paying prisoners to conduct campaign phone calls for them using cell phones.

AB35

AN ACT relating to corrections; requiring the warden or manager of an institution or facility to make certain determinations concerning use of telecommunications devices by offenders; requiring the Director of the Department of Corrections to adopt regulations authorizing an offender to possess, have in his or her custody or control and use an authorized telecommunications device for certain purposes; revising the definition of a telecommunications device to include certain tablets; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

What could go wrong with murderers and gangbangers having cell phones? One of the most important aspects of prison phones right now is the ability of police to monitor and record phone calls from dangerous prisoners.

And if that’s not bad enough, Dems also want to provide free college degrees to prison inmates. No student loans for armed robbers and rapists, that’s for you suckers who follow the laws of Nevada. BTW, those aren’t “free” college degrees. You get to pay for them too.

Now, I’m ok with helping people in prison get their lives back on track with a college degree, but I’m not ok with paying for it.
