NV GOP CHAIR MICHAEL MCDONALD BLASTS ASSEMBLYMAN JAMES OSCARSON FOR LYING

In a scathing letter issued today, Nevada Republican Chairman Michael McDonald attacked sitting Republican Assemblyman James Oscarson for violating his (Oscarson’s) signed “Code of Fair Campaign Practices” by using “campaign material which misrepresents, distorts or otherwise falsifies the facts” or includes “malicious or unfounded accusations” against his opponent Dennis Hoff.

McDonald points out that Hoff did not endorse Hillary Clinton as Oscarson is trying to claim. He points out that Hoff did not endorse Harry Reid. But McDonald did point out that Republican Assemblyman James Oscarson was excommunicated by the Nye County Republican party after he broke his word and voted for the Commerce tax in 2015.

This may be the first and only time McDonald has come out so strong against a sitting Elected Republican official.
