70% MURDER SPIKE AFTER (D) SISOLAK’S DEFUND POLICE-CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORMS

In 2019 and then again in 2021, the Democrat controlled Nevada Legislature passed numerous bail reform laws reducing the amount of bail a person needed to get out of jail regardless of their passed arrests, regardless of how many times they were arrested while on bail. The Dems lowered crimes like breaking into cars down from a felony to a misdemeanor. Breaking into a home is now just a property crime. Tell that to folks who walk in on a burglary in their home.

According to local news reports, there were 87 murders in 2019. After Sisolak passed Criminal Justice reforms in the 2019 legislature, murders skyrocketed by 70% up to 148 in 2021.

His opponent, Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo’s campaign response

“As governor, Joe will reverse Sisolak’s soft-on-crime policies and put an end to his dangerous legislation that makes our streets less safe. Joe believes fully funding the police is essential to public safety, and he will always support Nevada law enforcement.”

The fact is, most crimes in a community are committed by a relative small group of repeat offenders. When we put that small group of offenders in prison crime drops. But when that small group of criminal continuous get out with light sentences their violence tends to increase. 360 News has done numerous articles over the past few years focused on criminals with long rap sheets who go on to kill people.

Wolfson hasn’t indicated whether he will seek the death penalty yet.

Tidwell is the poster child for the 3 Strikes Law in Nevada. THUG NATHAN GRAVES, NV’S POSTER CHILD FOR 3 STRIKES

Video surfaced last week of Nathaniel Graves allegedly socking a senior citizen on a public bus, knocking out his eye. Metro did a great job tracking down the thug and arresting him yesterday. Since we now have a name with the face, 360 did some digging and found out that Graves, of course, has an extensive and violent criminal background and should not have been walking our streets. But last year, Nevada Democrats, led by Dem Assemblyman Steve Yeager passed “Criminal Justice” reform. So we can expect to see more Nathaniel Graves roaming our streets.

Thug Graves, was arrested in November 2002 and charged with over 20 violent crimes, including kidnapping, multiple attempted murder charges, USE OF A DEADLY WEAPON OR TEAR GAS IN COMMISSION OF A CRIME, conspiracy to commit murder, and robbery. It took until 2008 for Graves to go to trial, where he entered a plea deal and now roams our streets. However, Graves was arrested six times previously and charged with more than 20 violent crimes, including sexual assault, drug trafficking, and gun crimes.

But wait there’s more. IN 2016 Graves was arrested again for POSSESSION OF FIREARM BY PROHIBITED PERSON, He was sentenced to (19) MONTHS and a MAXIMUM of SIXTY (60) MONTHS in the Nevada Department of Corrections.

Now fast forward to 2020, and Mr. Graves attacks an innocent senior citizen on a bus, knocking out his eye.

WANNABE KILLER HAD 2 PENDING WARRANTS AFTER GETTING OUT ON $500 BAIL

Las Vegas was shocked by images this week of Armondo Dangerfield attempting to shoot and kill an unarmed man in his front yard, but thank God, his gun jammed. The cops got him, again.

LVMPD said Armondo Dangerfield, 28, was arrested Sunday in Mesa, Arizona, by the U.S. Marshals Service task force. LVMPD identified Dangerfield as the suspect in an attempted robbery and an attempted murder in the western part of the valley, near the 215 Beltway and Lake Mead Boulevard.

But all the local media failed to report that Dangerfield was a violent convicted felon with multiple warrants pending against him when he tried to rob and kill an unarmed man for no apparent reason.

Dangerfield was arrested and charged with drug dealing on November 3, 2020. While in custody, Dangerfield was violent and disruptive and was charged with felony battery by prisoner, probationer, or parolee [50229]. His court record states he was:

Defendant not Transported

disruptive

But Judge Pro Tempore William Jensen released him anyway on $500 bail. Dangerfield properly skipped and never showed up to his next hearing on February 2, 2021. Dangerfield had two outstanding warrants for both the drug and battery charges.

But what’s even more disturbing is that his Instagram page had Dangerfield flashing gang signs and glorifying violence.

In fact, Dangerfield posted a rap song in which he sings “Fuck the Judge as he walked out of the courthouse.” (29 seconds in)

450 PENDING MURDER TRIALS OVERWHELMING VEGAS COURTS

Right now may be the best time ever to commit a murder. Low bail, 3 to 4 years before you see the inside of a courtroom, and the plea deals are flying off the shelf.

Currently, there are over 450 people charged with murder awaiting trial in Clark County. The system has completely collapsed, according to defense attorneys 360 has spoken with. Even though our liberal judges give many folks charged with murder bail, most cannot afford the bail and are stuck in jail awaiting trial. And about a third of those charged with murder do bail out and are now back on the streets.
