360 NEWS SERVES VEGAS PUBLIC RECORDS DEMAND FOR AHERN HOTEL SHUTDOWN DOCS

After the City of Las Vegas shut down and or fined Ahern Hotel events twice, in the last two weeks for violating Sisolak CV19 directives, which they didn’t, 360 News Las Vegas served the City of Las Vegas today with a Public Records request. The law states the City must provide the information requested within 5 business days or they can be sued and liable for attorney fees and costs.

Gov. Sisolak said hotels can remain open at 50% occupancy in phase 2. Ahern Hotel had an event this week for President Trump with about 200 people, all wearing masks and social distancing. But the City fined Ahern Hotel $250 for that violation after Sisolak issued a public attack of the Trump event. Then over the weekend, Metro Police were called by the City Code Enforcement officers to the Ahern Hotel for a Beauty Pageant they were hosting, but again they only had about 200 folks attending.

360 is demanding all communication between the City of Las Vegas and Gov. Sisolak’s office and or related agencies.

Sisolak targeted a religious Trump campaign event hosted by Ahern, a top Republican donor to Adam Laxalt in 2018. But Governor Sisolak fully supported the BLM protests consisting of thousands of folks.

360’s demand letter read:
