As Governor, Sisolak unilaterally determines which businesses live or die in Nevada under his CV19 emergency directives, it was shocking to find out that Sisolak has failed to file a single public C&E report for all of 2020. Sisolak’s folks claim he’s not required to file a C&E report because Sisolak is not on the ballot this election cycle, but experts we’ve spoken with said the opposite.

Contributions and Expenditures reports are filed quarterly with the Nevada Secretary of State’s office. According to the Nevada SOS website anyone who raises more than $6,000 in a calendar year must file a C&E report. But Sisolak is claiming since he’s not a candidate he doesn’t need to disclose his any of his donations. So while he signs bills giving public employees a $40 million bonus and screwing over gig workers, some now waiting since March to get their first dollar of unemployment, Sisolak claims he doesn’t have to disclose donations that may be a conflict of interest.
