(1905) Jacobson, VAX MANDATES V. HEALTH FREEDOM, OUR GENERATION’S STRUGGLE

In 1905, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Jacobson v. Massachusetts, that the government could mandate vaccines. Keep in mind, at the time, the U.S. Supreme Court still held segregation as Constitutional, the KKK was protected, voting rights were limited to men, Jim Crow laws were Constitutional and locking up the mentally ill was legal. The same court deemed it Constitutional for the government to force sterilize “certain undesirable women“. Discrimination was deemed Constitutional and codified in numerous high court rulings prior to the 1950’s.

Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905), a 110 year old decision, the court declared the government had the power to force a local man to get vaccinated for small pox against his will or face a $5 fine. The court later clarified that the government may only fine a person ($5 at the time) if they refuse a vaccine. That was the limit of the government’s authority even back in 1905. No other punishment was allowed. Now millions of Americans are demanding Jacobson be banished to history just like so many back court decisions before.

Just like Jim Crow, women’s rights, minority rights, voting rights and numerous other rights, eventually the people forced the government to replace those old court decisions with new decisions and pass new laws and protections. Today it’s a crime to violate voting rights of minorities. Today we face a new struggle redefining human rights to include a person’s choice to inject a medicine into their body and a right to try medicines.

But, this week the Biden government declared they have the power to force you to get a vaccine by stripping away your right to earn a living. Their convoluted argument in favor of vaccine mandates claims “we are experiencing a pandemic of the unvaccinated”. Mind you that still less than .001 % of the population has died from CV19 in almost 2 years. Putting aside the sheer numerical fraud, the government’s propaganda floods our media daily. Biden’s claim that this new vaccine mandate for every company with over 100 employees “protects the vaccinated from the unvaccinated” undermines their entire argument for vaccines.

If vaccines work why aren’t vaccines working? The vaccine is supposed to protect folks from CV19. So if you’re vaccinated aren’t you protected from unvaccinated folks?

Millions of Americans have survived CV19 and have stronger immunity than vaccinated folks according to numerous recent studies. But Biden ignores this science because he wants to tear down the protections we thought we had to decide for ourselves what to inject in our bodies. Biden and the Democrats have become a bigger threat to our basic human rights than the Taliban ever were. It was the government’s job to fight terrorism abroad to protect our people’s right to live, its now the government’s job to protect our health freedoms.

For the last 100 years, the government has declared they have the power to let you have certain medications, who can profit off your organs when you die, mandating dozens of vaccines for babies and young children, and to ration end of life treatments to save government money. But today the Biden government went further, declaring they have the power to force perfectly healthy adults to take a vaccine for a virus that’s killed less than .001% of the population. At the very same moment, the Biden administration is arguing in court that a 13 yr. old girl has an absolute Constitutional right to abort her baby up to the minute before birth without any parental oversight or consent.

Biden and the Dems reject that vaccine mandates violate Roe v. Wade, claiming the unvaccinated are infecting the vaccinated. Anyone who claims a baby in a womb after there’s heartbeat and brain activity is not human life and can be killed with complete disregard to the science, certainly cannot be trusted with deciding what’s best for millions of Adults’ health.

The Biden FDA and Biden CDC are thoroughly corrupt and politicized and have lost the trust of millions of Americans as thousands of pages of emails and documents pour out proving they lied repeatedly about pretty much everything. No thanks, we’ll make our own choice about what we will and will not inject on our bodies. Who would have thought that Health Freedom would be the human rights struggle of the 21st century?
