TRADING MADE EASY CONVICTED OF FRAUD & DECEIT STILL OPERATING

Nov. 22, 2023

On October 26, 2019, Trading Made Easy, WEBB, and its owner, James Visculgia, pleaded guilty to one count of “Multiple Transactions involving Fraud and Deceit in the course of business”. They were all charged originally with four felony theft and fraud charges by the Nevada Attorney General’s office.

The founder, James Visculgia has a long history of theft and fraud charges and convictions.

On Nov. 12, 2019, both Visculgia and his companies pleaded guilty to two counts of

CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT THEFT

Visculgia was also convicted on January 26, 2021, on a 2017 charge of:

MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING FRAUD OR DECEIT IN COURSE OF ENTERPRISE OR OCCUPATION

Sentenced to Nevada Dept of Corrections

Term: Minimum: 28 Months Maximum: 72 Months

Suspended-Period of Probation: Indeterminate, Not To Exceed 36 Months

Both of Visculgia’s companies, WEBB and Trading Made Easy, had their business licenses revoked by the state. But that hasn’t stopped him from running infomercials on local radio stations and selling his software to the public. And surprise, surprise, new folks are now accusing him of taking their money.

Visculgia is even trying to sell his bogus fraud-ridden company for $1 million on Loopnet.
