As everyone in the media is talking about the clandestine meeting between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch last week no one is talking about the real reason Clinton won’t be charged. President Obama had to know Mrs. Clinton was using a private email server and thus will not charge her. President Obama recently came out and said “Secretary Clinton’s email actives never jeopardized national security.” According to reports, the State Department has redacted several hundred of the 52,000 emails from Clinton’s private server as highly sensitive and having content that was above top secret. On Fox News Sunday Obama said “I guarantee that there is no political influence in any investigation conducted by the Justice Department, or the FBI, not just in this case, but in any case,” said Obama, who leaves office next year. “Guaranteed. Full stop. Nobody gets treated differently when it comes to the Justice Department. Because nobody is above the law,” he said. The real issue no one in the media or Congress will address is why did the President allowed Mrs. Clinton to break the law and use a private server. There is zero chance President Obama didn’t receive a single email from her over 4 years as secretary of state. In fact, he received thousands of emails from Clinton most likely and as such knew she was using a private server in violation of the law and looked the other way. That means the President’s Justice Department must step aside and a special prosecutor must be assigned. Which may be the real reason for the supposed meeting between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch. If they have to shift the investigation to a special prosecutor it could cause a delay of months in the investigation and push it past the November election, where Obama can pardon Clinton if she loses the election.
