ASSEMBLY CANDIDATE & TRIAL LAWYER SEAN LYTTLE SUED SINGLE MOTHER CLIENT AFTER SCREWING UP DIVORCE?

Assembly District 37 candidate Sean Lyttle is running for office as a family law and trial lawyer with compassion. His wife April stepped forward to help his campaign tweeting “Sean and I spend a lot of time together. I like to say I know him better than he knows himself. He loves helping people and being part of a positive force for change… Even his career as a Family Law attorney allows him to help people get through difficult times in their lives”

But at least one of his clients has come forward to tell a different story. Christine Beaudette, a stay at home mother of 3 hired Mr. Lyttle to represent her in her divorce and now regrets ever meeting him. According to Ms. Beaudette, after Mr. Lyttle admitted he failed to correct the draft divorce decree resulting in her being held liable for $12,000 in credit card debt her husband brought into the marriage of 2 years, Sean sued her for thousands in attorney fees. According to Beaudette, she paid him the $1,500 he originally agreed to take for the seemingly simple divorce, but then claimed she still owed more and sued. He then levied her mother’s bank account. Beaudette even tried filing a complaint with the Nevada Bar, but they refused to investigate the case. Now Christine Beautte is warning people not to vote for Sean Lyttle saying “It terrifies me to think Sean Lyttle could be responsible for making laws”.
