Yesterday, after Gov. Sisolak authorized vaccine passports for “any event venues with more than 4,000 seats” The Raiders announced they will mandate vaccine passports to attend all future Raiders’ home games. Their announcement requires all fans to upload their medical data, including their vaccine records, on to a digital app owned by a company called CLEAR.

But what the Raiders’ announcement failed to mention was that Clear can sell your private medical data under their terms and conditions, including share it with the government.

Local Raiders’ season ticket holder Tiffany Jones who paid out $32,000 for 4 psl ticket licenses told 360 “Neither the CDC or nor Gov. Sisolak are requiring a vaccine passport to attend Raiders’ games. If masks work let unvaccinated folks wear masks. I don’t want my money back, I want to go to Raiders’ games.”

In addition to the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that any ideas, feedback, comments or concepts about the Sites or otherwise about CLEAR’s business that you provide to CLEAR (“submissions”) are non-confidential and CLEAR is entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of such submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgement or compensation to you.”
