Under the Nevada Open Records Act (NRS.239), revised under SB287 taking effect October 1, 2 019, we are requesting the following: 1. Please provide any and all data showing the total number of deceased voters removed from both, the lists of active and inactive voters in Clark County for 2019. 2. Please provide any and all data showing the total number of forms for deceased voters to be removed from both, the lists of active and inactive voter lists were requested and return to your office in Clark County for 2019. 3. Please provide any and all data showing the total number of voters removed from both, the lists of active and inactive voters in Clark County for 2019. 4. Please provide any and all data showing the total number of non-citizens removed from both, the lists of active and inactive voters in Clark County for 2019. The following is their response to some of our request. Part 2 will have the deceased voter records for Clark County. Here’s the 2019 information you were looking for: 30 names were removed because they were not citizens. 2019 Clark County Stats Total number of voters registered; 1,276,802 Back in March 2017 NV SOS Barbara Cegavske signed a deal with Mi Familia Vota Education Fund to require the DMV to accept all voter registrations, even from non-citizens and pass those on to the county elections department and Secretary of State’s office. The DMV transmitted thousands of voter registrations to the Clark County Elections Department since 2017 without red flagging them. Now there’s confirmation that, according to Clark County Official records for 2019, only 30 non-citizens were removed from the voter rolls. Mi Familia Vota Education Fund and Cegavske signed deal: Final-signed-MOU-with-SOS In 2017, 360 News reported that, according to a Federal source, Clark County had over 50,000 non-citizens registered to vote. It appears based on the latest information, that may be absolutely correct. NV SOS Barbara Cegavske had no comment when we called yesterday for comment.
