MEDIA FORGETS TO MENTION RESIGNING ASSEM. SPRINKLE IS DEMOCRAT & MAJORITY WHIP LEADER

Today, Democrat and Majority Whip, Assemblymen Mark Sprinkle resigned from the State legislature amid sexual harassment complaints. Sprinkle is the second Democrat leader in Carson City to resign in the past week. Majority Leader Atkinson resigned after he was charged with misusing about $250,000 in campaign cash to fund his Gay bar. But what’s even more disturbing is the double standard and blatant efforts by the Reno and Vegas Media to conceal his party affiliation.

Reno Channel 4 and Fox 11 both neglected to mention Sprinkle’s party affiliation anywhere in the story. And they certainly did not mention Sprinkle was in the leadership.
