Today, at 8am, the Nevada legislature will hear testimony from the community before deciding to vote for Assembly Bill 281, which will prohibit police from turning over illegal aliens to ICE without a specific Federal warrant for that individual. Under current laws, every person booked into jail for a felony is ran thru ICE to determine if they are in the country legally. If so, then ICE can pick them up and deport them.
