All politics is local and City Council races are critical in developing and implementing public policy. From local taxes, properties rights and zoning to business licensing and code enforcement and public safety, City Governments are vital. 360 has confirmed that FREE office space was offered to CCRP Chairman David Sajdak over two months ago, but Sajdak failed to return calls and follow through. Last year many attribute the huge losses in the 2018 elections to the complete failure of the CCRP to get out the vote. Sajdak, who was the vice chairman and responsible for answering calls on election day to help direct voters to their polling stations just forwarded the calls to his voicemail, not bothering to return any of them. In addition, local city races are a good opportunity to try out new technologies and campaign tactics. They can also be a dry run for Presidential year elections. With City Council races hanging in the balance, will the CCRP, led by Sajdak, help push Republicans across the finish line? Early Voting starts May 25, 2019 and the general election is on June 11, 2019.
