Candidate for Assembly District 42

As a Republican Candidate for State Assembly District 42 and an immigrant myself who came to America the right way, the legal way, I was shocked by the complete failure of our Secretary of State and our courts to stop illegal aliens, the deceased and people who don’t live here from voting here in Nevada in the 2020 elections. I was horrified as judges in Nevada ignored President Trump’s lawsuits and real evidence of voter fraud emerged. The Trump lawyers submitted over 115K names and addresses of people who voted unlawfully, illegal aliens and non-citizens who voted, votes cast for deceased people and citizens who voted twice. Not a single vote was struck down by the courts.

After all, who mailed in ballots for 10K dead people in Nevada? The DMV is helping illegal aliens register to vote. Liberals in deep blue states are voting in Nevada instead of San Francisco and elsewhere. Our courts, our criminal prosecutors and our law enforcement who are supposed to protect of our elections completely system failed us in 2020. Only one person, a Republican Trump supporter was charged with voter fraud. Then Nevada Sectary State Barbara Cegavske received evidence of voter fraud from the NVGOP. Her office claimed they tested a sample of 300 votes submitted and found 7 people voted unlawfully and yet she refused to prosecuted those 7 criminals.

So, when elected to the Nevada State Assembly District 42 I will, on day one, submit The NEVADA Election Security Act which will greatly expand the scope and punishment for voter fraud in Nevada. First, my bill will call for a minimum mandatory felony 5 year prison sentence for anyone who casts an unlawful vote including; any illegal alien or non-citizen who casts a vote and anyone who assists a person cast an unlawful vote. The law will include government officials. That means if a DMV employee assists a non-citizen knowingly to register to vote they will be held criminally liable under The NEVADA Election Security Act.

While NRS 293.780 makes voting a Category D felony under Nevada law for voting twice, unfortunately our current system relies on the integrity of elected officials. So, the NEVADA Election Security Act will greatly expand jurisdiction over law enforcement and prosecution of voter fraud from the Nevada Secretary of State’s office to every law enforcement agency and local DA in the State.

My bill will require law enforcement to act and force California type liberal judges to sentence criminals to a minimum of  5 years which will deter people from voting unlawfully and protect our Republic. It’s clear that those who oppose such strict laws are more interested in protecting their political power than protecting the people. I’m running for State Assembly to save our State, to save our freedom and to save our families’ future.
