A friend’s daughter just received a notice from a University she was accepted to stating that ALL incoming students must be CV vaccinated. Outraged, she started checking out other universities, only to find most are requiring 18 year olds to get CV vaccinated. UNLV is encouraging students to get the CV jab but not requiring it, according to the campus registrars’ office.

Some Universities are currently requiring only faculty and staff to get vaccinated including, The George Washington University and Hampton University.

An increasing number of Universities are requiring students to get vaccinated against COVID-19 before attending campuses in the fall. Among these are Rutgers UniversityCornell UniversityDuke University, and Brown University.

The entire Cal State University system and UC system leadership just announced they are requiring all incoming students to be CV vaccinated. But the announcement also says the requirement is contingent upon a vaccine being FDA approved, which none of them are currently. They are all listed as “experimental”.

But when we spoke directly to the SDSU Student Health Services office they reiterated that ALL incoming students must have a CV19 vaccine in order to attend on-campus classes in the fall.

But this raises serious legal issues since the UC and Cal State Systems are publicly funded schools trying to requiring 18 and 19 year olds to take an “experimental” vaccine. None of the current batch of RDNA vaccines are fully approved by the FDA.

These new CV vaccine rules are certain to be tested in the courts, especially following the recent number of injuries and deaths related to the Johnson and Johnson vaccines. Under current federal law, a person cannot be compelled to take an experimental vaccine.
