NV AG FORD THREATENS NEW TRUMP ADMINISTRATION

Nov 25, 2024

Tone Deaf Nevada Attorney General and Democrat Aaron Ford just announced he plans to fight the will of the American people and the 750K Nevadans who voted to close our borders and deport criminal illegal aliens from the Biden administration allowed in without any vetting. Venezuela and other South American countries purposefully dump their inmates into the US under the Biden administration.

Crime has surged here in Nevada and across the country as a result of Dems’ criminal justice laws that have made it harder to prosecute violent criminals here in Nevada, like bail reforms.

Aaron Ford issued the following statement threatening to hamper the incoming Trump administration’s plans to deport criminal aliens:

“bulwark against any effort to impose unconstitutional mandates; override our system of checks and balances; or intrude upon the rights of any Nevada resident.”

This comes from Biden’s vaccine mandate enforcer, who shut down churches before the US Supreme Court declared his actions unconstitutional, reopening churches on Christmas Day 2021.

Aaron Ford released a guide for illegal aliens to fight police and the Trump ICE:

If an immigration agent asks to see your immigration papers if you are not a U.S. citizen, you must show them.

You do not have to tell a police officer or immigration agent information about your immigration history, including your place of birth.

If you are not under arrest, you also may record your interactions with police or immigration officers.

If police officers or immigration agents come to your home, you have the right to not let them in without an arrest or search warrant signed by a judge, and you can ask to see that warrant before letting them in. A warrant of deportation does not allow officers to enter your home without your approval.

You can ask what agency the officers represent and specifically if they are immigration agents or from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Aaron Ford has refused to prosecute convicted felons who purchase guns in Nevada. Ford did charge Republicans who challenged the 2020 Nevada election results. Thankfully a judge threw that case out.

Aaron Ford is expected to run against Joe Lombardo for Governor in 2028. I’m sure that has nothing to do with this public posturing effort to obstruct the deportation of criminals from Nevada.
