BILL ALERT: DEMS WANT TO REMOVE PARENTAL CONSENT FOR ABORTIONS & GENDER SURGERY

California transplant gay black lunatic State Senator Dallas Harris has now sponsored a bill to hide abortions from parents. SB172 “revises provisions governing the ability of a minor to consent to certain health care services”. This bill removes the requirement for parental consent or notification for minors to receive a contraceptive drug or device, including abortions and gender sex changes. In addition, kids could be given vaccines without parental consent. 

Back before the Democrat Party was taken over by sexual pervs, they actually sponsored a Parents’ Rights Bill. In 2013, sponsored by Democrat Senator Mo Denis, the Nevada legislature passed NRS 126.036 to It passed the Senate unanimously and the Assembly by a 27–14 vote. It was signed into law by Governor Sandoval

“The liberty interest of a parent in the care, custody and management of the parent’s child is a fundamental right.” 

Now NV Dems are stripping that language out and replacing it with the following”

Section1.NRS 129.060 is hereby amended to read as follows:1
129.060 Notwithstanding any other provision of law [, the] : 2
1. The consent of the parent, parents or legal guardian of a 3
minor is not necessary in order to authorize a local or state health 4
officer, licensed physician or clinic to examine or treat, or both, any 5
minor who is suspected of being infected or is found to be infected 6
with any sexually transmitted disease. 7
2. A minor may give express consent to a physician, physician 8
assistant, registered nurse or pharmacist for the provision of 9
services for the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases, 10
including, without limitation, the services described in NRS 11
639.28085 or the issuance of a prescription for, the dispensing of 12
or the administration of a contraceptive drug or device, without 13
the consent or notification of the parent, parents or legal guardian 14
of the minor.
