NV JUDGE STRIKES DOWN DEM ABORTION BALLOT INITIATIVE

This week in Carson City, Nevada District Court Judge Russell (a broken clock is right twice a day too) struck down the Dems’ latest abortion ballot initiative. Dems trying to fool poorly educated graduates from CCSD, dumb and dumber, once again are using abortion in the upcoming election to gas-lap voters suffering from their inflationary policies and open borders to focus on abortion instead.

It worked last election, so why not try it again with a phony abortion ballot initiative in 2024? But this time, a judge struck it down for violating the single-issue rule. Dems stuck transgender policies and a host of other Dem issues in it. But Attorney Jason Guinasso, with the Coalition for Parents and Children, argued the petition really just protects Planned Parenthood and is illegal as written.

Former Hillary Clinton Attorney Bradley Schrager, representing Planned Parenthood, the American Civil Liberties Union, and Nevadans for Reproductive Freedom, claimed their ballot initiative covered one issue, “reproduction”. I thought abortion killed babies, not reproduced them.

Anyway, they are appealing to the Nevada Supreme Court now. Which should be interesting since it’s full of Clark County Dems. The same folks who ruled in 2022 thought it was unconstitutional to file a ballot initiative to change the state constitution.
