CCSD SCHOOLS’ RACIST POLICY, NO DISCIPLINE OF VIOLENT BLACK KIDS?

Democrat Socialist Clark County School Trustee Irene Cepeda opposes removing violent black youths from Clark County school campuses because they may become future criminals. Not once did Irene mention other kids victimized by violent undisciplined kids.

Teachers have been complaining for years about unruly kids who they are banned from disciplining what so ever in their classrooms. Even if the kid swears in the middle of class at them teacher have no power to do anything.
