SUSIE LEE & DINA TITUS BOTH VOTED TO DESTROY WOMEN’S SPORTS

Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy kept his word and brought H.R. 734 – Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2023, to the floor for a vote. The bill bans biological men from participating in female sports in post-primary public institutions.

H.R. 734 states:

To amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with Title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics
at birth.

Democrats have waged a war on women’s sports for the past several years, supporting trans women (biological men) competing against biological women. Dems successfully end the notion that women can do anything a man can do better. The worst male trans athletes are blowing away women at the top of their sports. This is why Title IX was created in the first place, to protect and give women their own sports.

Transgender Lia Thomas is the “poster boy” (pun intended) swimmer at the University of Pennsylvania. After competing on the men’s swimming team for three seasons, Lia broke women’s swimming school and conference records while competing on the Quakers’ women’s swimming team for the 2021-2022 year, in addition to winning a 2022 NCAA Division I women’s swimming national championship and earning two other finishes in championship finals.

Trump appointees on the Supreme Court, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett, recently ruled in favor of allowing trans women (biological men) to compete in women’s sports in violation of Title IX. On April 6, 2023, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to let West Virginia enforce a state law banning transgender athletes from female sports teams at public schools. Trump sure did pick a bunch of losers in his last term, including the current FBI director, Christopher A. Wray who has been targeting Catholics and Republicans, our WOKE United States Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mark A. Milley, and of course his  U.S. Attorney General, Bill Barr,just to name a few of his disastrous picks.

Every single Democrat, including our very own CD3 Susie Lee and CD1 Dina Titus, voted against HR 734 and voted yes to destroy women’s college athletics last week. The same female members of Congress ran their entire campaigns last year on protecting abortion rights.

In 2024, Republicans could win back Congress and the White House fighting the transgender ideology in our public schools and prisons and protecting women’s right to privacy in locker-rooms, bathrooms, and sports. Let’s see if Republicans have the balls (pun intended) to take on this issue as forcefully as Dems took on abortion in 2022.
