SISOLAK MEDICAL ADVISOR “MASK MANDATE LIFTED FOR POLITICAL CONSIDERATIONS”

Remember Dr. Brian Labus? The guy the Regents presented as their “medical expert witness” to response to public push back. The Dr. who turned out to have a PHD and was not a real medical doctor? The guy supporting the vaccine mandate for all Nevada Universities.

It turns out that Labus is also on the Governor’s medical advisory CV response committee. Labus was interviewed today on Vegas Fox 5 News where he admitted that the Governor never consulted with his CV response medical team prior to lifting the mask mandate. Labus also admitted the Governor lifted the mask mandate for purely political considerations.

Labus said

“There’s been a lot of political changes” he went on to say “There were practical political considerations needed to be made by the Governor. He didn’t ask us for our advice on this (lifting the mask mandates yesterday).”

When Gov. Sisolak re-imposed a mask mandate back in July 2020, the 14-day average of cases was around 1,100. Today the moving daily average is higher at 1,300 cases per day.
