Earlier in the week, Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak issued another unconstitutional order banning people from attending Easter Sunday Church services even if they maintained social distancing; Sisolak even banned drive up Prayer services. Two Federal Judges struck down similar the drive up prayer bans, one in Kentucky and one in San Bernardino County California.

Las Vegas City Councilwoman Victoria Seaman held a news conference with several local religious leaders calling on the Gov. Sisolak to reverse his ban on drive up prayer services for Easter Sunday. Sisolak refused.

As reported on the Wayne Allyn Root radio show, late Friday afternoon, Clark County Sheriff Lombardo informed Councilwoman Seaman he would not enforce the order as long as folks maintained social distancing while praying in their cars. As of today, 102 people have been reported as succumbing to the Corona Virus in all of Nevada.

Councilwoman Seaman said “An order that goes as far as prohibiting a drive-in service is an overreach that goes well beyond any practical application for safety.”
