RINO BARBARA CEGAVSKE REFUSING TO INVESTIGATE DEMS FOR PERJURY

Oct. 29, 2020

Nevada Republican SOS Barbara Cegavske is turning out to be the most corrupt SOS in Nevada’s history. AD Democrat Candidate, Cameron Miller, signed under penalty of perjury, his candidate form claiming to live at the address he listed. Now its come to light that he may not be living at the condo and is under investigation here in Clark County.

According to a Vegas Detective, Cameron Miller has been living at his parents’ house and not in the condo he signed under penalty of perjury as his official residence on his candidate form.

Cegavske is refusing to investigate Miller after his opponent, Tony Palmer a former police officer, filed a formal complaint. Cegasvke’s office claimed their authority to challenge the qualifications for a candidate expired along with their authority to investigate. So the lesson is, if you can get away with lying on your candidate form until March you’re home free, according to Cegasvke.

But, folks sign those candidate forms under penalty of perjury, which under NRS 199.120, has a statute of limitations of 3 years.

Cegasvke refused to investigate Jimmy Vega and is doing nothing to assist investigation of Democrat Alexander Assefa.

Two days ago, Las Vegas Metro Police raided the home of Democrat Assemblyman Alexander Assefa, running for reelection in District 42. Assefa is under investigation for not living in his district. Today, Democrat Cameron Miller running for Assembly District 7 is now under investigation for also not living in his district.

Last year, Jimmy Vega was charged with burglary, forgery, perjury, filing a fraudulent application for a driver’s license, filing a false document for public office and filing a false residency statement by a candidate after running for North Las Vegas Constable.
