PIZZA, BEER, FOOTBALL TIKTOK & PORN

The Roman Poet Juvenal in the late first century, that’s 2000 years ago for those who went to public school, coined the phrase “Bread and Circuses,” referring to superficial appeasement by the government. The phrase described the deplorable decline of heroism among Romans after the Roman Republic ceased to exist and the Roman Empire began: “Two things only the people anxiously desire — bread and circuses.” The government kept the Roman populace happy by distributing free food and staging huge spectacles full of violence and blood. While the commoners were distracted by bread and circuses, the Roman Senate sold out the people through its corruption, eventually leading to the downfall of the Roman Empire.

People haven’t changed much in 2000 years, just different technology today. While fewer and fewer Americans seem willing to fight for our Republic and its history, traditions, legacy, and Constitution, more and more are simply checking out. The American people are completely obsessed with the modern version of bread and circuses.

 With all the broken, Godless families, too many Americans live all alone. Our family values have been replaced by obsessions and outrage by sexual perversions displayed by the culture of death pushing abortion and transgender ideology.

Pizza, Beer, Football, TikTok and Porn have consumed and appeased the average American to such a degree that they are completely immune to the soaring price of eggs, some 300% in the last year. They are blinded and ignorant of the depth of corruption the Biden government has sunk our institutions to. Their COVID masks, porn addictions, and beer goggles have completely consumed them to the point that they don’t even know what is real and what is disinformation. Most folks today are unwilling to fight for America. The Chinese have won without firing a shot.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t enjoy a beer at a football game. I’m saying don’t let it distract and consume you.

I know this may sound depressing, and seem hopeless, but it’s not. Only 33% of the colonists actually fought the British to help free America and build a new nation. The rest were neutral or sided with the British. We must ignore the Pizza, Beer, Football, TikTok and Porn and focus on saving our country by rebuilding our families by having dinner at home together once a week, bringing our kids to church every Sunday, building our businesses, helping the right folks run for office, defeating the traitors within our ranks, and recommitting ourselves to saving the greatest country the Earth has ever seen by any peaceful means necessary.
