NEVADA SENATOR HARRY REID SOLE VOTE IN THE US SENATE AGAINST 9/11 VICTIM’S LAWSUIT

Yesterday, the US Senate and House overrode a veto by President Obama of a bill that would allow the victims of 9/11 to sue Saudi Arabia in a US Federal Court for material support for the September 11, 2001 attacks that killed over 3,000 Americans and started a decade of wars. Nevada Senator Harry Reid was the sole vote in the Senate against the “Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act”.

The bill would end Saudi Arabia’s immunity from lawsuits in the United States, allowing federal civil suits to go forward if the country is determined to have had a hand in a US terror attack. The 9/11 commission report that was recently released, determined that several high ranking Saudi government and financial leaders may have provided material support for the 9/11 attacks. This fact was hidden in the report for the last 15 years. Saudi Arabia has threatened to sell off billions of dollars worth of investments in the US in response.

The fact that Harry Reid voted against the 9/11 victims’ families may open the door to attacks against his handpicked successor Catherine Cortez Masto, and Congressional Candidate in District 3 Jacky Rosen.
Jacky Rosen’s Campaign told NEWSMAX TV Las Vegas that she would have broke with Harry Reid and voted to override the President’s veto. She said QUOTE “The victims of 9/11 deserve their day in court.”
