360 NEWS DEMANDS RECORDS FROM NV ETHICS COMMISSIONERS

Yesterday 360 News reported:

Back in October 2021, Bernie Sanders derelict, Matthew DeFalco, filed an ethics complaint against Sheriff Lombardo for wearing his police uniform in campaign ads. The Nevada Ethics Commission is solely made up of Sisolak and Dem appointees, which may explain why they never investigated Sisolak’s corruption and are only now coming after Gov. Lombardo after he vetoed Dems’ legislation. The ethics hearing was triggered on May 30, 2023, by the committee of Sisolak appointees threatening Lombardo with fines totaling $1.6 million.

In fact, it’s the timing of the Nevada Ethics Commission bringing these charges in the middle of the legislative session that stinks of partisanship and is highly inappropriate. The time to have brought such charges was two years ago. Their refusal to investigate Sisolak’s countless scandals just demonstrates just how outrageous this attack on Gov. Lombardo.

The Nevada Ethics Commission is threatening the sitting governor of Nevada with a $1.6 million fine as he considers vetoing bills with tons of cash for Democratic unions and interest groups. That’s called extortion. And it demands an investigation into the timing of these charges by this partisan-laced committee.

Lombardo’s alleged violations of campaign ethics laws, including but not limited to NRS 281A.400(2) and NRS 281A.400(7).
