Las Vegas, June 24, 2023, Las Vegas, Nevada, the world-renowned hub of entertainment and innovation, is set to revolutionize the future of space travel with the unveiling of its planned, state-of-the-art spaceport facility. The planned Las Vegas Spaceport, located in Clark County just 15-minutes away by helicopter from the Las Vegas Strip, just 15-minutes away from 39 million annual tourists aims to establish itself as a leading destination for space exploration, accommodating both commercial and private space tourism. Additionally, the facility will offer civilian space flight acclimation training, support and hangar space for space vehicles, both vertical and horizontal and a post-high school STEM Academy and a School to train space pilots using advance flight simulators.

Soon, civilians will have a chance to fly on a jet and experience zero gravity. In addition, the Las Vegas Spaceport will soon offer civilians high-g training in a fighter jet to the edge of space.

Robert Lauer, Developer and CEO of Las Vegas Spaceport:

“Our first step is to build a facility where we can nurture the next generation of scientific innovators and space explorers. Our proposed education facility within the Las Vegas Spaceport will provide a comprehensive curriculum designed to inspire students to pursue careers in aerospace, engineering and related industries. In addition we will train tomorrow’s space pilots.”

In addition, Nevada has no income taxes and has the best business environment in the country. The Las Vegas Spaceport will be located next door to Area 51, the Nevada Test Range, Nellis Air Force Base, and Creech Air Force Base. We have the best aerospace minds in the nation.

There’s only one Las Vegas in the world. And there will only be one Las Vegas spaceport.
Here are just some of the plans we have for the Las Vegas Spaceport. Many of these are planned to start within a year.

We have assembled a great team of professionals

But at the end of the day, the Las Vegas Spaceport is a commercial real estate development consisting of commercial tenants paying rent for hangers, offices, a hotel, restaurants, fuel and travel services.
