IF MGM SECURITY GUARD CAMPOS WAS ARMED WOULD THAT HAVE SAVED LIVES?

October 18, 2017

Today the MGM security guard, Jesus Campos, who was the first on the scene on the 32nd, supposedly, right as the shooter opened fire on the crowd at the Route 91 Concert, will tell his story on the “Ellen” show today.

But what you won’t hear is any questions asked regarding why was he unarmed. According to Sheriff Lombardo’s third timeline version, Campos arrived and was shot right as the shooter opened fire on the crowd below. So if Campos was armed he could have shot back. That would have kept the shooter busy and prevented the shooter from taking aim at the concertgoers killing 58 people until police arrived minutes later.

Some firearms and security experts say yes. If the guard had engaged the shooter in the room that could have made all the difference. He might have even gotten lucky and shot the shooter.

The old saying “The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.”
