FEDERAL JUDGE DISMISSING ALL CHARGES AGAINST BUNDYS

Judge Navarro citing massive prosecutorial misconduct today, dismissed all charges against Cliven Bundy and his sons this morning. Judge Navarro declared a mistrial last week when some 17 Brady violations were uncovered according to defense motions.

First Assistant U.S. Attorney Steven Mrye was passed over last week by the U.S. Attorney General to head up the Southern Nevada US Attorney’s office and now his career making, high profile case has been dismissed.

The Bundys currently have a federal lawsuit pending against the U.S. Attorney’s office.
