DEMS RIGGING NV ELECTIONS AGAIN

Nevada Dems have done all they can by hook and by crook to block the Green Party from the ballot. The party that claims to be the protector of our democracy has fought like hell to block voters’ right to choose their candidate for president. They tried to remove Trump from the ballot in Nevada and other states. NV Dems tried blocking RFJ Jr. from the NV ballot then sued to keep him on ballots where he helps them after he dropped out. Now they are trying to block the Green Party from the NV ballot again.

In 2016, when Green Party Candidate Jill Stein tried to get on the ballot in Nevada, our FAKE Republican Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske blocked her access to the ballot. The Nevada Green Party needed 5,431 signatures to make the ballot, and they turned in 8,277, but after the verification process, they were 647 signatures short of making the ballot. U.S. District Judge Jennifer Dorsey, appointed by President Obama in 2012, denied the Nevada Green Party’s appeal to accept signatures collected after the deadline. 1,125,385 total votes were cast in 2016 for president in Nevada, with 539,260 going to Hillary Clinton and 512,058 to Donald Trump, with a margin of just over 27k votes. Again, 45,204 votes were cast for center-right third-party candidates. Blocking Jill Stein from the ballot made ALL the difference in 2016.

Nevada Dems just did it again. The Nevada Supreme Court Dems Judges voted 5-2 down party lines to block the Green Party from the ballot. The court ruled the Green Party’s petition used “incorrect language” in the affidavit. The ruling removes Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein as ineligible for the ballot.

But the facts are now showing the Nevada Secretary of State set up the Green Party for failure. The NV SOS authorized the “incorrect language” the Green Party relied on to obtain signatures.

Justice Douglas Herndon and Justice Kristina Pickering cited an “egregious error” by the NV SOS office:

“I am deeply concerned that our decision today excuses an egregious error by the Secretary of State’s office that will result in a significant injustice, and I am convinced that, under the circumstances presented in regard to that error, invalidating the signatures violates the Green Party’s substantive due process rights.”

Nevada Democratic Party, which filed the lawsuit to block the Green Party and RFK.Jr from the ballot. RFK.jr’s challenge was not addressed since he dropped out and is not supporting President Trump.

The Nevada November ballot for president will now include only Democrat Kamala Harris, Republican Donald Trump, and Libertarian Chase Oliver. Libertarians have siphon off about 2 to 3 points from Republicans traditionally. That’s why the Dems don’t sue to remove them. And of course Repub don’t sue and challenge them either because they are disorganized and weak.
