They moved up to Douglas County after Danny lost political campaigns in Clark County every election cycle going back to 2006, including State Senate, Secretary of State, U.S. Senate, Congress CD4, Congress CD3, U.S. Senate (against Heller) and Congress CD 3. This year was no different, Danny lost in the primary race for Congress CD 2 against Republican incumbent Mark Amodei. But that was after he did finally win a seat in The Douglas County Commission in 2020 by 7 votes. . But they blew up their careers once more by supporting Soros funded Democrat AG Aaron Ford and the Democrat Zach Conine against the Republican statewide nominees for Attorney General, Sigal Chattah and for State Treasure, Las Vegas City Councilwoman Michelle Fiore. . Their only hope of a political career now looks like switching to the Democrat Party, because Danny’s hopes of getting reelected in Douglas County just went down the drain this week. He may even face a recall. . Amy Tarkanian appeared on Newsmax attacking the statewide Republican nominee for NV AG, Sigal Chattah “it is unacceptable that Sigal Chattah – an unprepared, dangerous candidate who lacks the experience, foresight, and temperament to be able to do right by Nevadans – is the Republican nominee for Attorney General.” Sigal Chattah respond to The Douglas County Republican Party expelling the Tarks “They were expelled because they continue to engage in the same unscrupulous conduct in Northern NV that they did in the South. Mr. Tarkanian promoted voting for Nevada State Treasurer candidate Zach Conine while Ms. Tarkanian endorsed Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford and Treasurer Conine. . The Tarkanians voluntarily joined our Committee at the Douglas County Convention earlier this year, agreeing to follow our Douglas County Republican Central Committee Bylaws and elect Republicans. More than 110,000 Republican primary voters chose Sigal Chattah and Michele Fiore to carry our Republican brand into office November 8th. Since she was asked to resign as Nevada Republican Party Chair eleven years ago, after just seven months in office, Ms. Tarkanian has not been involved in any Republican Party planning, fund raising, events, and absolutely no strategy. Neither Tarkanian has substantial connection to Nevada Republican politics. . Ms. Tarkanian’s support for the corrupt Nevada Attorney General, Democrat Aaron Ford, is revealing. Rather than honor his oath of office, AG Ford stood silent for Governor Sisolak’s unconstitutional, ineffective, and abusive lock down that destroyed Nevada’s economy, significantly damaging the lives of hard-working Nevadans. While Aaron Ford was silent, Republican AG candidate Sigal Chattah won a victory for Nevadans to open churches and Treasurer candidate Michele Fiore continued her full-throated defense of individual rights and conservative principles. Ms. Tarkanian joining “Republicans for Ford” ties her to former Nevada Senate Majority Leader Michael Roberson who led the effort to pass the 2015 Commerce Tax, a treasonous move against the Nevada Republican Platform. This massive funding increase has done nothing to move Nevada schools from the bottom of the list nationally but has significantly damaged our Republican Party brand. . The Tarkanians have made the choice to serve themselves and their elite friends. Our Douglas County Republican Central Committee made its choice and in accordance with our Bylaws, and after affording The Tarkanians the opportunity to state their case before our membership, with unanimous votes to remove each, we expelled them. The Douglas County Republican Central Committee proudly supports Sigal Chattah and Michele Fiore as they seek to make Nevada a safe haven for law-abiding, fiscally responsible, freedom loving citizens. . We remind Nevadans that the November 8, 2022 election is only 89 days away. Douglas County voters will decide on US Congressional, statewide Nevada Constitutional, and state legislative seats, as well as three school board seats between CRT / SEL promoting, Democrat-backed candidates and the real conservative candidates that will fight for and protect your children and parental rights. . Now the folks in Douglas County can see for themselves how Amy and Danny used them as a stepping stone to higher office and failed once again. Danny and Amy have said on TV that they will be supporting Democrats. Amy publicly supported Gov. Sisolak’s CV response. But the real question is, does Aaron Ford want Amy and Danny’s support after their 20 year failed track record? According to sources, the State Party may follow The Douglas County Republican Party and expel them too when they meet next.
