GUNS RIGHTS ADVOCATES SHOULD ARGUE GUNS ARE JUST LATE TERM ABORTION INSTRUMENTS FOR UNWANTED CRIMINALS

Last year the Supreme Court ruled 5-3 in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt decision against a Texas abortion law. The “High” Court found that Texas health regulations requiring doctors to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals and clinics to meet the standards of ambulatory surgical centers, violated Casey’s prohibition on placing an “undue burden” on the ability to obtain an abortion. Now compare that with laws restricting gun magazine capacities, conceal carry permits and hundreds of laws across the country restricting law abiding citizens’ 2nd amendment expressed constitutional rights.

Liberals claim states have no right whatsoever to regulate abortions in any manner, period, not even to protect women’s health from abortion doctors without basic admitting privileges to hospitals. Remember abortion rights are not mentioned anywhere in the US Constitution, nor was there an amendment passed giving women any such rights. The Supreme Court discovered abortion rights hidden deep in the US Constitution in 1971 in Roe v. Wade.

Liberals have argued that government has a fundamental right to regulate practically any active including small man made ponds on private property, a thousand different zoning laws, toilet water flush size, the light bulbs we use and on and on. They argue government has no limits on regulating health and safety issues, accept abortion clinics now. Those are off limits.

Now I am not arguing for or against abortion, I am pointing out the hypocrisy of the legal system run by liberals who argue government has the right to implement “reasonable gun control laws”, all of which fall upon law abiding citizens and never actually affect criminals, but absolutely no right to regulate abortions in any manner.  So perhaps gun rights advocates should argue guns are just late term abortion instruments. The contradiction in law shows gun control laws and the liberal courts they rule are complete frauds.
