SENATOR HARRY REID THREATENS COMEY WITH CRIMINAL CHARGES AFTER REOPENING CLINTON EMAIL SCANDAL INVESTIGATION

In a letter dated October 30, 2016, Senator Reid accused FBI Director Comey of violating the Hatch Act, for reopening the criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton on Friday. Senator Reid wrote a furious letter aimed at intimidating Director Comey into changing his course of action stating that The Hatch Act QUOTE “bars FBI Officials from using their authority to influence an election. Through your partisan actions, you may have broken the law.”

Director Comey cleared Mrs. Clinton back in August of any wrongdoing, in this same email scandal.
Political Contributor Rob Lauer commented, saying QUOTE “Only recently, the FBI stumbled into a trove of emails while investigating Anthony Weiner. So if the FBI had not disclosed the new information before the election, that too could have swayed voters to vote for Hillary. The Voters have a right to know before the election. And Senator Reid’s actions could be construed as intimidating a Federal officer and interfering with the official duties of a Federal officer.”

The latest Hillary Clinton Scandal has had an effect on the election. In the latest USC/LA TIMES national poll, Donald Trump has pulled ahead by 4 points.
