TRUMP DOJ CHARGE NEWSOM WITH CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE

The incoming Trump DOJ must hold Newsom and these idiots accountable. Newsum should be charged with criminally negligent homicide for the deaths of the residents and the 1 firefighter.

Federal law for criminally negligent homicide is covered in 18 United States Code Chapter 51

“Criminally negligent homicide, also known as involuntary manslaughter, is a felony that occurs when someone’s criminal negligence results in the death of another person. Criminal negligence is more than just carelessness or a mistake in judgment. It involves acting in a reckless way that creates a high risk of death or serious injury.”

TRUMP was right. In a simple Google search one can find President Trump’s 2018 Department of the Interior Directive releasing more water to California by waiving insane environmental rules protecting a fish.

“Beginning in 2018, President Trump directed his Administration to maximize water deliveries throughout California and the western United States, instructing federal agencies to replace outdated environmental restrictions that caused water to needlessly be wasted to the ocean.”

Governor Newsom and Attorney General Xavier Becerra filed a lawsuit against the Trump Administration seeking to overturn the new CVP/SWP plans.

Underscoring their empty promise of collaboration, the Governor and Attorney General obtained a court order in May that prevented vital water from being delivered to California farmers and communities under the new endangered species plans. Fortunately, last month the court denied a similar request from radical environmental groups aligned with the Newsom Administration, noting there was “simply an absence of proof” that curtailed water operations would benefit endangered species.

To make matters worse, the Newsom Administration doubled down on their war against farmers in the spring of 2018. On March 31, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) issued a separate, additional endangered species plan for the SWP. CDFW developed its endangered species compliance behind closed doors and without any input from independent peer reviewers, creating unnecessary restrictions for SWP project operators attempting to deliver water to California farms and communities.

 In 2021, the Biden Administration opened the water gates to Mexico, providing some 11.5 billion gallons of Nevada’s water, according to the Audubon website.

In 2021 the Biden Administration restarted the water transfer.

“Thanks to commitments from the United States and Mexico in the Colorado River binational agreement—Minute 323 –  35,000 acre-feet of water (11.4 billion gallons) dedicated to create environmental benefits will be delivered to the river from May 1 to October 11. The expectation is that this will create and support habitat for birds like the Yellow-billed Cuckoo, Yuma Ridgway’s Rail, and Vermilion Flycatcher, and give life to the many plants and animals in this ribbon oasis of green in the midst of the Sonoran Desert.”

NV is allotted 200K acre-feet of water from the Colorado River but only uses 25K acre-feet. The rest goes to Cali. Clark County recycles 80% of its sewer water, while Cali only recycles 23%. If California simply recycled their water at the same rate as Clark county there would be no water crisis.

You can’t make this up. Yesterday, just 12 days away from Biden leaving office, as Los Angeles burns to the ground, Biden announced funding to build water storage in California right where Trump was trying to build the same storage that Newsom sued to block.

The Gay Black Female DEI Los Angeles Fire Chief bragged about hiring lesbian firefighters, then cut the budget by $17 million, failed to clear brush, and failed to check the fire hydrants water source and supply.

The Trump DOJ must hold Newsom and these people accountable and send a message that public safety is more important that your crazy political ideology.
