MORE THAN 57K Illegal Aliens Registered to Vote in NV

Part 1:

It all started in 2014 with RINO Republicans in the Nevada State Legislature passing Senate Bill 303, which allows illegal aliens to obtain driving authorization cards (DAC) from the Nevada DMV.

360 News served the NV DMV with a FIOA (freedom of information request) seeking the total number of active Driver authorization cards issued by the DMV.

NVDMV’s response to:

“Per your request, I asked for a report to be run providing the total number of DACs issued.  

The total number of active DAC’s issued is 57,848″

Part 2:

Again another RINO Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske, in 2017, signed off on a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in response to a lawsuit filed by the Las Vegas ACLU and Mi Familia Vota Education Fund to enforce the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA). The NVRA states:

Voter registration application must state each voter eligibility requirement (including citizenship)

But, Under the MOU signed by Cegavske in March 2017, the DMV started accepting all voter registrations, even from non-citizens and passed those on to the election departments and Secretary of State’s office. According to Cegavske, it’s up to the Secretary of State’s office and not the DMV to determine and accept any such voter registration applications. The DMV cannot deny any voter registration applicants for any reason under the MOU, even those they know are non-citizens and or illegal aliens seeking Driver authorization cards. Under the MOU signed by Sec. Cegavske, it’s solely in her hands to review and reject any such voter registration applications from non-citizens.

This means the NV DMV is knowingly adding voter registration forms for illegal aliens to county election registrations files.

Statement issued by Sec. Cegavske about the MOU dated March 13, 2017:

“We are grateful for the opportunity to have participated in the cooperative efforts that led to this Memorandum of Understanding,” said Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske.  “In developing a system that will automatically transmit voter registration information from the Department of Motor Vehicles to county election officials, the parties have significantly improved Nevada’s voter registration process by adding additional efficiencies and safeguards.” 

Then Nevada Question 5, Automatic Voter Registration via DMV Initiative passed in 2018 made the MOU the law in Nevada.

Under Question 5, a citizen and or non-citizen who submits an application for the issuance or renewal of a driver’s license or identification card or a DAC or an address change at the Nevada DMV has their information automatically forwarded to the secretary of state and county clerk within five working days for voter registration.

That means every illegal alien issued a DAC by the NV DMV is automatically registered to vote. That number stands at least 57,848. The Sec of State’s Office claims it has no records to provide how many of those DAC are currently registered to vote.

Part 3:

Now add Mail-in- ballots with no voter ID to the equation and we have no way of knowing how many illegal aliens are voting in Nevada elections.

Federal Law §611. Voting by aliens:

(a) It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, unless-

(1) The election is held partly for some other purpose;

(2) Aliens are authorized to vote for such other purpose under a State constitution or statute or a local ordinance; and

(3) Voting for such other purpose is conducted independently of voting for a candidate for such Federal offices, in such a manner that an alien has the opportunity to vote for such other purpose, but not an opportunity to vote for a candidate for any one or more of such Federal offices.
