So when Nevada Dems introduced Assembly Bill 355 today, which prohibits adults under the age of 21 from owning a firearm, claiming a person that young is not mature enough to be trusted with a gun, proving once and for all that Dems are completely insane. The Bill Summary: AN ACT relating to firearms; prohibiting a person who is less than 21 years of age from possessing certain firearms; making it unlawful to aid or knowingly permit a person who is less than 21 years of age to possess a firearm under certain circumstances; revising provisions relating to the storage of a firearm; revising provisions relating to the handling, possession or control of a firearm by certain children; providing penalties; and providing other matters properly relating thereto. Dems ignore the 2nd Amendment, which applies to every American without exception. While abortion is not in the Constitution, they push it as if it were. Abortion kills more children than guns every year. Dems just don’t recognize fetuses as human beings. Dem logic 101; kids are mature enough to kill their unborn children but not mature enough to own a gun. That is the definition of insanity. The other issue Dems refuse to address is the explosion of psychotropic medications and the destruction of families. 18 year old adults have had guns since 1776. It’s only in the last couple of decades that we have seen a huge spike in kids killing kids. Frankly, the NV Fire Arms Collation doesn’t get it either. This is their official statement on AB355. Assembly Bill 355 would prohibit anyone under the age of 21 from possessing a semi-automatic shotgun or a centerfire rifle, even under the supervision of a parent. This prohibition has no exceptions for training or hunting purposes. An 18 year old is a legal adult entitled to all the rights and responsibilities of any American under the U.S. Constitution. They can vote, own property, serve in the military, and go to prison. 18-year-olds helped beat the Nazis in World War II. Just because some 18-year-old kids break the law does not mean every 18 year old should lose their constitutional rights. It’s the same logic Dems use for every gun law. Not one gun law has stopped criminals from obtaining guns and using them to commit crimes, not one. The Dems’ Trans ideology is the real threat to our kids.
