5k VOTERS WITH OUT OF STATE ADDRESSES MAILED BALLOTS FROM CLARK COUNTY

Last week, 360 News Las Vegas served the Clark County Elections Department with a Nevada Public Records request seeking information about out of state voter information. According to their response, Clark County Elections Department mailed out some 5,225 June 2020 Primary election ballots to out of state addresses.

What does that mean? It means a voter listed their permanent home address in Clark County, NV, but listed their mailing address in California or other states. BTW most of the out of state addresses listed were from California. This should raise red flags and require extra steps to insure the voter is not registered in more than one state and is in fact a Nevada resident. But according to inside sources, supervisors in the Clark County Elections Department told staff and election volunteers to ignore and process all mail in ballots coming from out of state.

President Trump has publicly accused Democrats of conspiring to use mail in ballots to commit fraud in Nevada. The evidence appears now to support Pres. Trump’s assertion.

Clark County elections has disclosed that only some 30 non-citizens’ names were removed from the election voter registry, only 7,774 deceased people were removed from in 2019, and now we’ve learned that over 5,000 ballots were mailed to out of state addresses.

Republican Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske set the wheels in motion when she authorized the Mail in Ballot election on March 24, 2020 because of the COVID 19 Pandemic.

360 Las Vegas’ Nevada Public Records Request:

Under the Nevada Open Records Act (NRS.239), revised under SB287 taking effect October 1, 2 019, we are requesting the following:

1.Please provide the number of ballots received from out of state addresses so far in the June 2020 primary Mail In Ballot elation.

2. Please provide the total number of voters with out of state addresses listed as their mailing address in the voter registry for Clark County

Response From Clark County Elections Department:

We sent 5,225 ballots out of state.
