DID DEM NV SOS ROSS MILLER REFUSE TO INVESTIGATE CORRUPT GAY BLACK NV SEN TRUMP CONVICTS?

There were ethics complaints filed and open jokes about Sen. Atkinson’s use of campaign cash to fund his gay night club going back several years to Ross Miller’s time as Nevada’s Democrat Secretary of State. According to deep inside sources in the Secretary of State’s Office, former Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller’s administration covered up and refused to investigate complaints about Senator Atkinson.

The Nevada Secretary of State’s office is refusing to formally provide copies of complaints and documents related to Sen. Atkinson.

360 News Las Vegas has issued a Freedom of Information request for any documented complaints and records related to any investigation of Sen. Atkinson.

According to a press release issued by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Nevada, Nevada Democrat Senator Kevin Atkinson plead guilty to misusing $250,000 of campaign cash to finance a luxury car lease and a gay night club business. Atkinson resigned from the Nevada legislature during the 2019 legislature.

According to very well connected NV Democrats, Sen. Atkinson’s ongoing campaign cash thief issue was an open secret they ignored when Dems elected Atkinson the Nevada State Senate Majority Leader earlier this year. Many Democrats behind the scenes were very worried about nominating Atkinson from the start. But once they did that, the Trump DOJ through the local U.S. Attorney Trutanich, a former lawyer in NV AG Adam Laxlat’s office swooped in and filed charges, charges the prior U.S. Attorneys ignored for years under the Obama DOJ.

A 2018 Las Vegas Weekly article described Atkinson’s night, The Urban Lounge as “Downtown’s Urban Lounge aims to fill a black LGBTQ nightlife void”.
