Nevada Assemblyman Steve Yeager Chairs the Judiciary Committee and is the chief sponsor of the highly controversial gungrab law, SB143, that has now trigger a potential constitutional crisis in Nevada. In addition, Mr. Yeager received a $10,000 donation right before the election in October 2018 from the Bloomberg group, Every Town.

Every Town spent over $29 million in Nevada supporting guncontrol over the last 3 years. So we want to see how deep the connects are. Today, 360 News Las Vegas served Democrat Assemblyman Steve Yeager with a Freedom of Information Request (FIOA) seeking any and communication he or his office have had with Every Town. Mr. Yeager has 10 days to respond. Specifically, 360 wants to know if Every Town helped write SB143.

If Mr.Yeager refuses to provide the public information 360 News Las Vegas is prepared to file a lawsuit to compel compliance.

Directly from the FIOA request:

To Assemblyman Steve Yeager,

Under the Nevada Open Records Act (NRS.239), we are requesting an opportunity to obtain copies of any and all public records in whatever medium they may be regarding any and all communications of any kind, memorandum or other public records of any kind whatsoever in which members of the Nevada Legislature or any of its staff, specifically between Chairman Steve Yeager and Every Town Gun Control Group.
