After Sisolak created a vaccine distribution scheme that left seniors 65+ out of the top 2 tiers, even though they are the most vulnerable to CV19, senior citizens DANIEL ITZAHKI and NATALIE HETLY, represented by Attorney, Sigal Chattah, filed a class action lawsuit against Gov. Sisolak. They won their first round this week. After seniors in nursing homes were killed by Government policies that forced those nursing facilities to house CV19 infected patients, Sisolak’s decision to put inmates ahead was another blow to seniors. The Complaint: COMPLAINT (1) Sisolak put murders and rapists in Tier 2 ahead of seniors 65+ with underlying health issues in Tier 3. Sisolak created a 4 tier system for vaccine distribution.
