But it appears Seroka was dodging more than just questions from reporters. According to a video 360Daily.net obtained, Seroka has been dodging a process server it appears. Seroka refused to accept service from a process server as he ran out of the debate away from reporters following the on air live show at the radio station. His campaign manger, Jim Ferrence, is seen on the video blocking the process server from handing Seroka the law suit paperwork. the picture used in the headline of this story was from the same day at the debate earlier prior to Seroka dodging the process server.
