BIDEN DEMS TO GIVE AWAY $30 MILLION IN FREE CRACK PIPES “FOR EQUITY”

This week the Biden administration announce a new initiative called the Harm Reduction Program Grant. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Agency (SAMHSA) plans to spend $30 million for a Harm Reduction Program Grant, which includes funding for syringe exchange programs, the opioid reversal drug naloxone, test kits to detect fentanyl and “safe smoking kits/supplies,” which includes, like HIV testing and safer sex resources.

The Biden Health and Human Services Agency will begin distributing funding to states and counties to provide FREE “safe smoking kits”, which include pipes for crack cocaine and crystal meth.

Local Democrat members of Congress Susie Lee and Steven Horsford are fully on board and voted to fund the program.
