October 19, 2017 Sheriff Lombardo will be witness number after Security Guard Jesus Campos in the avalanche of civil laws suits already flying at the MGM. Lombardo’s official police timeline could mean the difference between minimal liability and billions of dollars in liability for the MGM. Over the last few weeks, Sheriff Lombardo’s official timeline changed at least 3 times. His most recent change helps the MGM’s legal case. But the first revision was fatal. After changing the story so many times, there’s no question Sheriff Lombardo will be a star witness for the MGM now in any civil lawsuits, according to lawyers we’ve spoken to. The first week following the Vegas Mass Shooting, Lombardo claimed the Mandalay Bay Security Guard, Jesus Campos, made contact with the shooter on the 32nd floor 18 minutes after the shooting started. This version hurts the MGM legally because if the security staff had no idea someone had been shooting thousands of rounds of ammunition for 18 minutes from the 32nd floor it would look like gross incompetence to a jury. And then they only sent one unarmed guard up to investigate? The second version of events is even worse for MGM’s liability. If their security guard had made contact with the shooter on the 32nd floor 6 minutes before the mass shooting started, and they took another few minutes after the shooting started to call Metro, that too shows gross incompetence on MGM’s part equaling billions in liability. Lombardo’s third version of the timeline helps the MGM’s legal case the most. In Lombardo’s third version he now claims Campos made contact 40 seconds before the shooter started his attack on the Route 91 Concertgoers. This is the best hope the MGM has at limiting their liability. A jury would look most favorable at MGM for this version. So the question now must be asked why the change in the timeline? What facts and/or evidence did Lombardo look at each time he changed the timeline? Did Lombardo discuss the case with MGM lawyers and or executives prior to changing his story? The latest timeline version is clearly the most favorable to the MGM. Lombardo’s actions must be investigated thoroughly putting aside any personal feelings people may have. This wasn’t your run of the mill crime that can be swept under the carpet in typical Vegas fashion. It demands the highest level of transparency. 58 dead people deserve it. LOMBARDO’S FIRST TIMELINE 10:05 PM PT: First shots fired by the suspect 10:12: Two officers arrive on 31st floor, say shooting coming from directly above them 10:15: Last shots fired by suspect (10 minutes after shooting began) 10:17: Two officers arrive on 32nd floor 10:18: Security officer says he’s been shot, gives location of the rm But obviously, under scrutiny, that story would not hold up. So Lombardo reported a new timeline changed the next week. Lombardo’s Second Timeline: (This timeline could cost MGM Billions of Dollars in lawsuits for negligence) 9:59 p.m The gunman shot the guard, Jesus Campos 10:05 PM PT: First shots fired by the suspect 10:12: Two officers arrive on 31st floor, say shooting coming from directly above them 10:15: Last shots fired by suspect (10 minutes after shooting began) 10:17: Two officers arrive on 32nd floor Lombardo’s Third Timeline: (much less liability for MGM) 10:04 (Within 40 Second) The Gunman shoots at guard Jesus Campos 10:05 PM PT: First shots fired by the suspect 10:12: Two officers arrive on 31st floor, say shooting coming from directly above them 10:15: Last shots fired by suspect (10 minutes after shooting began) 10:17: Two officers arrive on 32nd floor
