SEN. JACKY ROSEN JUST VOTED FOR CHILD SEX SLAVERY

On February 13, 2024, the House, led by Republicans, impeached Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. Illegal aliens are forced into sex slavery and/or forced to work (as slaves) to pay back the cartels, with the threat of death for those who default on the money they owe for trafficking them across the U.S. border. Under Biden and the Democrats, millions of souls are being subjugated into modern-day slavery. Children are being brought across the border an sold it child pornography.

Those are the facts, not political rhetoric.

This evil being perpetrated on the border threatens every man, woman, and child in the U.S.

Even NV Democrat Senator Catherine Cortez Masto’s assistant was killed in a car crash by a DUI illegal alien recently.

The facts are shocking.

For example, Mayorkas’ articles of impeachment state:

Alien smuggling organizations have gained tremendous wealth during Alejandro N. Mayorkas’s tenure as Secretary of Homeland Security, with their estimated revenues rising from about $500,000,000 in 2018 to approximately $13,000,000,000 in 2022.

(5) During Alejandro N. Mayorkas’s tenure as Secretary of Homeland Security, the immigration court backlog has more than doubled from about 1,300,000 cases to over 3,000,000 cases.

Since Biden appointed Mayorkas, over 4.5 million illegal aliens have entered the U.S. Dems are purposely depositing those illegal aliens in Democratic strongholds like New York City and Clark County in an effort to increase the number of people in the next census, which in turn will increase the number of Democrats in the House. Democrats are using illegal aliens to secure a permanent majority in Congress.

Under Mayorkas, illegal aliens have even been flown from South American countries directly into U.S. cities unlawfully. We are witnessing a full-scale invasion of the U.S. without a shot being fired.

Political labels have real-world consequences. Progressives believe the U.S. should move beyond the Constitution, while conservatives believe in conserving the Constitution. That’s why we see Dems constantly attacking American history. It’s an effort to delegitimize the Constitution.

And we see those differences playing out this week in the U.S. Senate. The Constitution states that Congress has the power to impeach.

Article II, Section 4: The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for and Conviction of Treason, Bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. U.S. Const.

Impeachment is the equivalent of an indictment in criminal courts. After an official is impeached (indicted), the Senate is required to hold a trial. The trial is directed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. The senators are the jury. A vote to convict an official, removes that official from office.

“The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments, … [but] no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two-thirds of the members present.” 

Democrats refuse to hold a trial to hear the full case and vote to convict. Instead, Dems voted to dismiss the case and not hold a trial as required by the Constitution.

Senate Majority Leader, Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer said the charges against Mayorkas did not compare to those against Trump and were engineered to help the former president as he runs again this year. He said the Republican charges were policy disputes, not high crimes, and it was important to set a precedent. And our very own Democrat Senators Jacky Rosen and Cortez Masto voted with Schumer to ignore the Constitution.

Republican candidate for the Senate, Sam Brown, responded, saying

“This is another example of Jacky Rosen voting to put partisan politics over what’s best for Americans. Joe Biden, Jacky Rosen, and Alejandro Mayorkas refuse to protect Americans while allowing criminals and human traffickers easy access across our sovereign American border.”
